MotoThemes terms of service

1. Using the service

You may use MotoThemes only if you can legally agree to these terms in your location. The service is provided as a browser-based design tool without an account, subscription, or guaranteed availability.

2. Your content and rights

You retain the rights you hold in images, text, logos, and other material you use with MotoThemes. MotoThemes does not claim ownership of that content.

You are responsible for having the rights or permission needed to use your content. This includes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, and other applicable rights.

3. Your outputs and platform requirements

You are responsible for reviewing and using files created with MotoThemes. Device presets, safe-area guides, icon preview masks, and platform export sizes are practical references and may not match every phone, operating system, development framework, or store requirement.

MotoThemes does not guarantee that a wallpaper will align identically on every device or that an icon pack will pass Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform’s review. MotoThemes does not provide trademark searches, legal clearance, app signing, or store submission services.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use MotoThemes to create or distribute unlawful, harmful, deceptive, privacy-invasive, or infringing content. Do not attempt to interfere with the site, bypass browser security, distribute malware, or misuse the service in a way that harms others.

5. Service disclaimer and limitation

MotoThemes is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or acceptance by a device or platform.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, MotoThemes and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of content, data, opportunity, or profits arising from use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so these limits may not apply to you.

6. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated as the product changes. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are published. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply to later use.
