MotoThemes privacy policy
This policy explains what MotoThemes processes, what can be saved locally, and what the static hosting provider may record.
1. Local image processing
When you choose an image, MotoThemes uses browser features such as the File API and Canvas to decode, preview, edit, and export it on your device. MotoThemes does not operate an image upload, image-processing, AI, account, or cloud-storage API for this MVP.
MotoThemes does not send your image pixels, text layer, colors, project settings, source filename, or generated files to a business API or third-party service.
2. Optional local drafts
If you enable autosave or select Save draft, MotoThemes stores the most recent wallpaper or app icon project in IndexedDB in this browser. This can include the source image Blob, a project schema version, and editing settings. Small preferences, such as whether autosave is enabled, can be stored in localStorage.
Local drafts do not sync across devices or browsers. Private browsing, browser cleanup, app removal, or device loss can permanently remove them.
3. Static files and hosting logs
The site loads its HTML, CSS, JavaScript, fonts, icons, and examples from the MotoThemes domain. The static hosting provider may process basic request information—such as IP address, browser user agent, requested path, and request time—to deliver and protect the site. That infrastructure data does not include the image content or editing settings held inside the editor.
MotoThemes does not use session replay, remote product analytics, advertising trackers, or remote error reporting that reads your project content in this MVP.
4. Your controls
You can discard an individual draft from its restore prompt or delete all MotoThemes drafts and preferences below. This action affects this browser only and cannot be undone.
5. Changes to this policy
If MotoThemes adds behavior that changes how personal data or user content is handled, this policy will be updated before that behavior is introduced. Where required, we will request appropriate consent.
